• Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator.
• Concise and relevant documentation of services rendered, solutions established, and insights gained is expected.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• English working proficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, permissions, and access policies.
• Ability to administer cloud solutions, especially Office 365, MS Entra ID, Google, and cloud-based identity providers.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Practical understanding of networking hardware like switches and access points.
• Ability to provide technical support and basic training to end-users.
• Robust knowledge of networking principles and networking architecture (including for example firewall configurations, IPS/IDS, and VPNs).

Optional But Appreciated:

• Experience with OPNSense, UNIX-based systems, and MacOS is beneficial.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is helpful.
• Ability to automate and streamline processes and tasks.
• German working proficiency.
