In this model, the candidate as a customer is at the center of our business. You trust us with significant personal data regarding your career progression and goals. The data you enter by uploading your resume directly passed on to hiring manager, or indirectly through recruitment software providers and applicant database providers. These data entries are the core purpose and added value of Thethread.work’s service.

Furthermore, your entered data are used for the contractual relationship with Thethread.work.

For the purpose of a better product experience, usage-related data are also collected. This particularly serves the improved matching with relevant positions, as well as customer communication on the website or via emails.
