An early-stage cybersecurity startup that’s getting ready to tackle some of the biggest challenges in the industry is currently looking for a Founder’s Associate. Although the company isn’t fully operational yet, they’re offering a paid opportunity for someone who’s excited about helping to build a business from the ground up. This is an excellent chance for someone with a background in IT law, healthcare, or marketing and sales, and a strong desire for transitioning into a co-founder role.

As the Founder’s Associate, you’ll be working closely with the company’s founder, contributing to strategic and operational projects that will shape the future of the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of key initiatives and drive the company’s vision forward. If you’re motivated by the idea of being part of a startup’s foundational team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founder to execute on strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet objectives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing materials for investors and help with fundraising efforts.
  • Support the budgeting and financial planning process, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Get involved in a variety of day-to-day operational tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Your skills

The ideal candidate has the following:

  • You have a background in IT law, healthcare, or marketing and sales.
  • You’re fluent in German and comfortable working in a bilingual environment.
  • You’re driven and ready to step into a role that could evolve into a co-founder position.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and can handle uncertainty with ease.
  • You think strategically, solve problems efficiently, and have strong business acumen.
  • You have strong communication skills and can engage with a wide range of stakeholder
